Media Collection: How To Request

1) Please browse the DVD collection at hte shelves or through the Library Catalog at www.pendeta.um.edu.my (You Can Search by Title)

2) Click the search button to view the results of your search

3) User may pick 1 (one) title at a time

4) Please proceed to the media collection counter to borrow the item

5) Items can only be viewed at the library on the Apple IMac Computers outside the Media Unit or in the viewing room (our viewing room contains televisions with VHS, DVD and Blu-Ray Players

6) Headphone for the Apple IMac computers can be obtained from the media collection counter

7) Please return the item and headphones (if any) to the counter after viewing the DVD.

Conditions of Use

Please observe the following guidelines

• Respects rights of the other users by observing silence while using the library
• Threat the DVDs, facilities and equipment with care
• Return the borrowed items and equipment after use
• if DVDs/ equipment are broken or malfunction, please notify staff the Media Counter  immediately
• The library is not responsible for any damage that may occur on DVDs/ equipment as a result of media borrowed from the library

Circulation:

Media materials do not circulate and must be used in the library. Media materials are checked out and returned at the Media Unit in the Main Library and incur the same fines as books if overdue or lost.
