When should you archive your ENDNOTE library?

  • Transferring your library into a new device
  • Sharing your references with other researchers
  • Recommendations: Archive your library as when you see suitable (if you are adding a lot of resources to your library daily) or a minimum of every 6 months to ensure always having an updated version of your library available. You can store your compressed libraries in a cloud folder, email it to yourself or have a copy in your hard drives.
