Society for Cinema and Media Studies 

The Society for Cinema and Media Studies is the leading scholarly organization in the United States dedicated to promoting a broad understanding of film, television, and related media through research and teaching grounded in the contemporary humanities tradition.

Media, Communication and Cultural Studies Association 

MeCCSA is the subject association for the field of media, communication and cultural studies in UK Higher Education. Membership is open to all who teach and research these subjects in HE institutions, via either institutional or individual membership. The field includes film and TV studies, media production, journalism, radio, photography, creative writing, publishing, interactive media and the web; and it includes higher education for media practice as well as for media studies.

International Association For Media And Communication Research 

The International Association for Media and Communication Research - IAMCR - is the preeminent worldwide professional organisation in the field of media and communication research. Its members promote global inclusiveness and excellence within the best traditions of critical scholarship in the field.

European Network for Cinema and Media Studies 

NECS–European Network for Cinema and Media Studies is a non-profit organization bringing together scholars, archivists, programmers and practitioners. NECS aims are to foster high-level and innovative research in film and media theory, history and practice, to provide a forum for communication, exchange and scholarly debate, to support young and early-career researchers, and to establish film and media studies as a dynamic and important part of the arts and humanities research in Europe. NECS has currently over 1300 members from all over the world.
