How do I get help if I encounter problems with my UMExpert account?

Are journals indexed in "Emerging Sources Citation Index" (ESCI) accepted as ISI/WoS journal?
As of now journal indexed in ESCI is not accepted as ISI/WoS journal. As of February 2017, articles indexed in ESCI is accepted to be equivalent to articles indexed in Scopus.
My article is indexed in WoS/Scopus but why it is not uploaded by Library into my UMExpert CV?
Library only uploads ISI/WoS and Scopus indexed articles/reviews into UM Expert ISI Journal (Library) and Scopus (Library) lists respectively. UMExpert account owners have to search, select and add the articles/reviews from the Library lists into their own UMExpert account/CV.
Has ResearcherID changed?
As of 15 April 2019, ResearcherID accounts will be upgraded to Publons profiles. When this happens your ResearcherID identifier, publication lists and all other existing data will be retained and available on your Publons profile. All existing links to your old ResearcherID account will be redirected to your new Publons profile, including from any ResearcherID badges you have created.
